- Provide expertise in integratingService Desk Plus with other IT management tools andsystems
- Offer postimplementation support andtroubleshooting for Service Desk Plussolutions
- Stay updated with latest Service DeskPlus features and functionalities to advise clients on bestpractices
- Assist in creating technicaldocumentation and knowledge base articles for Service Desk Plusimplementations
- Participate in presalesactivities by providing technical expertise and productdemonstrations
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
- 3 years of experience in implementingManageEngine Service Desk Plus in enterpriseenvironments
- Demonstrated expertise inconfiguring and customizing Service Desk Plus modules dashboardsreports and workflows
- Strong understanding ofIT service management best practices and frameworks (ITIL COBITetc.)
- Proficiency in integrating Service DeskPlus with other IT management tools such as monitoring systems andasset management
- Excellent problemsolvingskills and ability to troubleshoot complex technicalissues
- Effective communication and clientfacingskills to gather requirements and delivertraining
- Certification in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or ITIL is a plus
- Experience inproject management and leading implementationteams
