Aboutthe Role
As an AccountsExecutive you will be responsible for managing financialtransactions preparing financial reports and ensuring the accuracyof financial records. This role requires a strong understanding ofaccounting principles attention to detail and excellentorganizationalskills.

Responsibility
  • FinancialTransactions:
    Record &verify daytoday financial transactions.
    Verify allocateand post transactions in the accounting system.
    Maintainaccurate and uptodate financialrecords.
  • AccountsPayable and Receivable:
    Process invoices andexpense reports.
    Prepare and send invoices tocustomers.
    Reconcile accounts payable andreceivable.
  • BankReconciliation:
    Reconcile bank statements andresolve any discrepancies.
    Monitor and manage pettycash.
  • FinancialReporting:
    Prepare financial statements (incomestatement balance sheet cash flow statement).
    Generateand analyze financial reports formanagement.
  • Budgetingand Forecasting:
    Assist in the preparation ofbudgets and forecasts.
    Monitor budgetary performance andreportvariances.
  • AuditSupport:
    Provide support during internal andexternal audits.
    Ensure compliance with accountingpolicies andprocedures.
  • TaxCompliance:
    Assist in the preparation of taxreturns.
    Ensure compliance with local and national taxregulations.


Requirements
  • FinancialReporting Skills: Ability to generate accurate monthlyreports analyze financial data and present findings tostakeholders.
  • TaxationKnowledge: Thorough understanding of GST/TDS regulationsexperience in preparing GST/TDS returns and familiarity with taxreconciliationprocesses.
  • AccountingSoftware Proficiency: Experience with Zoho and Tally ERPsoftware for data entry reconciliation and reportingpurposes.
  • TeamCollaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to assist andcollaborate with team members as well as the ability to provideguidance and support in theirroles.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Capability to calculate revenue sheet marginsmonitor gross profits and identify areas for improvement infinancialprocesses.
  • StatutoryCompliance Expertise: Knowledge of PF TDS PT returnprocesses and experience in handling audits ensuring compliancewith legal and regulatoryrequirements.
  • ReconciliationAbilities: Proficient in reconciling accounting entriesbetween different software platforms as well as verifying invoicesand purchase orders foraccuracy.
  • CommunicationSkills: Clear and effective communication skills toliaise with internal stakeholders external vendors andauditors.
  • ContinuousLearning: Willingness to stay updated with changes inaccounting regulations tax laws and industry bestpractices.

Background
  • Education:
    Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in anaccounting or financerole.
    Familiarity withaccountingsoftware.
  • Skills:
    Strongunderstanding of accounting principles andpractices.
    Excellent attentionto detail andaccuracy.
    Proficient inMicrosoft Excel and accountingsoftware.
  • Certifications:
    Professionalcertifications such as CPA ACCA or CMA may be aplus.
    CA Finalist will also be aplus.
  • AnalyticalSkills:
    Ability toanalyze financial data and provideinsights.
