Overview

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Dewas, Madhya Pradesh

CTC: INR 10,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team at Dewas location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making.

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance indicators.

Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.

Ensure compliance with taxation laws, filing of tax returns, and other statutory requirements.

Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management.

Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Supervise and mentor finance team members, including accountants and finance executives.

Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience.

Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and taxation.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Prior experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.

Willingness to relocate to Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
