Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Transformation Manager to lead and manage our tax transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, technology, and process improvement. This role will be responsible for driving the transformation of our tax processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Responsibilities

·Lead the development and implementation of tax transformation strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

·Lead multi-year tax transformation projects considering factors like size, technology footprint, and countries of operation.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize tax process improvement opportunities.

·Design and implement technology solutions to streamline tax processes and improve data accuracy.

·Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

·Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals.

·Monitor and report on the progress of tax transformation projects.

·Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tax transformation

·Attract and retain top talent in the field of taxation.

·Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·CA MBA, master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

·Proven track record in leading large-scale tax transformation projects.

·Strong understanding of digital tools used in modern tax functions.

·Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

§Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities

§Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel or specialized software

§Effective communication skills for stakeholder management
