Job Responsibilities -


  • Responsible for Managing Technology related projects
  • Would be responsible for implementing technology initiatives for the training team
  • Spearheading LMS (Learning Management System) project- Manage end-to-end TMS implementation alongside IT and vendor team working with the Program Management office to ensure adherence to implementation plan
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of the digital learning environment
  • Support vendor evaluation and decisions on technology investments
  • Create road-map for technology evolution including identifying new digital learning tools, lead and collaborate on implementation of the road-map through multiple developments
  • Ensuring all the project related deliverables are tracked and status updates are published on time as per the agreed format, frequency and quality standards
  • Knowledge of App ecosystem, micro learning for education courses, course design – product/program management experience in companies in tech-based education sector will be an advantage.
  • Ensure all aspects of PMS, R&R, policies, and performance are oriented on inclusivity, encourage performance and should be centered around the primary goals of training
  • On-time and accurate execution of training technology and operations initiatives
  • Managing all other operations related to training eg vendor payout, printing etc
  • Manages logistics challenges and solves them for seamless business and training operations
  • Maintain regular contact with the stakeholders, providing the status of project progress
  • Help in developing and delivering training reports & Dashboards.
  • Build dashboards, tracking, updating & monitoring project summary dashboard in the required format; Self-learning Dashboards; WOW office reports rhythms
  • Contribute in the creation of fresh strategies .Create plans to implement operations as per strategy
  • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy .
  • Provide support and insight into significant changes
  • Help & Support senior executives in making effective decisions


Desired Skills & Experience: Functional / Technical Skills

  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of working experience in operation management; Preferred in similar field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in IT systems /operations management from Life Insurance.
  • In depth knowledge process & Technology and technology integration
  • Technical credibility and the ability to “do” not “say” when it comes to bringing new products and services to market in agile development environments
  • Knowledge of quality control mechanism - defined SLAs and TATs
  • Process oriented, track record of developing efficient process interfaces
  • Energetic, action oriented with solid business sense
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute
  • Detailed oriented and well organized
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal/written English communications
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power-point
