Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
Administer and maintain O365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
Serve as the primary administrator for Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, handling installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Manage Azure Cloud environment, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
Monitor and optimize Linux-based servers, ensuring smooth operations and performance tuning as necessary.
Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline deployment processes, implement automation, and improve system reliability.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Proficiency in administering O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Hands-on experience with Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, including AHV, Prism, and Nutanix Files.
Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services, with experience in deploying and managing virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu.
Experience implementing and managing backup solutions, such as Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Jenkins.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Nutanix Certified Professional, would be advantageous.
