Lead Control Management Officer

    • Lead complex initiatives designed to mitigate current andemerging risks with broad impact
    • Act as keyparticipant in monitoring evaluating and measuring the impact ofdecisions practiced in Control Management functionalarea
    • Monitor moderately complex businessspecific programs and provide risk management consulting to supportthe business in designing and implementing riskmitigationstrategies
    • Monitor measure evaluate and reporton the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant businessgroup or functional area
    • Develop and implementrisk monitoring and risk reporting processes andcontrols
    • Collaborate with relevant businessgroup to identify current and emerging risks associated withbusiness activities and operations and provide guidance indeveloping and implementing riskmitigating strategies
    • Lead Control Management project or virtualteams


    RequiredQualifications International:

    • Experience in Risk Management Control Management orequivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of thefollowing: work experience training military experienceeducation

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10 years of Risk Management or ControlManagement experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or acombination of the following: work experience training militaryexperience education.
    • One or morecertifications such as CISSP CRISC CISA CISM and CGEIT.
    • Ability to identify risk and controls and conduct rootcause analysis to create remediation plans remediation successcriteria sustainability criteria and controldocumentation.
    • Knowledge and experience inthird party risk BCP SDLC Availability Management ConfigurationManagement Access Control Segregation of Duties VulnerabilityManagement and other domains in technology and informationsecurity.
    • Working knowledge of Risk ManagementFramework (RMF) concepts across risk types (regulatory financialcrimes credit operational etc.) and risk quantification (financialimpact to organization risk exposure levels etc.).
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal written andinterpersonal); ability to concisely articulate complex concepts ina clear manner. Ability to translate technical language into plainbusiness language and to translate business requirements intotechnology initiatives.
    • Strong analyticalskills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to interact with all levels of anorganization.
    • Strong interpersonal influencingand communications skills with an ability to interact effectivelywith stakeholders.
    • Ability to organize andmanage multiple priorities. Ability to prioritize work meetdeadlines and achieve goals in a dynamic and complexenvironment.
    • Ability to workindependently.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Knowledge and understanding of technologyregulatory guidance and industry frameworks or standards FFIEC NISTISO COBIT PCI ITIL SOX SOC.
    • Ability to finddata analyze organize and identify themes in large amounts of data.Also to create action based on data analysis and KPI/KRI metricsand build presentations.
    • Understanding ofaudit lifecycle and methodology
