Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Consultant specialized in WhatsApp Business API to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience in API Integration (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrable skills in Sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid Consulting skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Technical knowledge related to WhatsApp Business API and its applications.
  • Problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and provide effective solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for WhatsApp Business API solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide expert consulting on the implementation and integration of WhatsApp Business API.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless API integration.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, targets, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to offer the best solutions.
