Experience of executing the largescale of Infrastructure Industrial
projects developmentprojects is mandatory.
Previous International Experiencein similar works is preferable.
International experiencein offsite prefabrication and innovative
constructiontechniques. Responsibility: In charge of the execution works atsite. Responsible for delivering theproject on time within budget and meet all stakeholdersexpectation.
Prepare and submit all necessarysubmissions relating to construction of the works in accordancewith contract requirements.
Define establish andmaintain appropriate overall plant and human resources required todeliver the project.
Optimise; increase productivityminimise wastage as per the sustainability principles.
Oversee the keeping of appropriate site records.
Responsible for the onsite safety quality and environmentalperformance
Monitor and maintain constructionproductivity and spending in line with budget.
Recogniseand record change in technical and construction areas of theproject.
Liaise closely with HSE & Quality teams inorder to continually monitor and improve safety quality andenvironmental performance
Liaise closely with planningto establish monitor and maintain progress.
Interactwith the project coordinators over all internal and externalconstruction interfaces.
Establish and developappropriate skill levels within the workforce.
Communicate all construction issues amongst the constructionteam.
Delegate authority within the construction teamwhen appropriate.
Develop and review constructionmethodology with a view to improving efficiency productivity andcost effectiveness.
Identify and manage all risksassociated with the execution of works.
Ensurecompliance to company standards in terms of quality safety andsustainability
