About MetLife

 

Support the Data Governance strategic objectives related short term or long-term project engagements and initiatives. Develop policies and procedures for Data Governance requirements. Provide an effective liaison between the business departments, understand business requirement & support projects with high magnitude of complexity. This position will support data governance documentation, including training materials, meeting agendas, announcements, communications plans, and meeting minutes. The position will create and maintain status reports, issues lists, and monitor metrics and SLA’s.

 

Work with US subject matter experts (SMEs) to plan and execute the implementation. Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.  

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Work with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements. Determine how to leverage visualization technology to create reporting solutions satisfying business requirements.
  • Publish reports via the Power BI service, manage them through distribution of apps and monitor usage/data refreshes/security access.
  • Design and develop Power BI Analytical solutions.
  • Working comfortably around mathematical and Statistical models in applied fields is also an advantage
