Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Delivery Excellence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of projects with excellence, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining program health dashboards, implementing governance processes, reviewing projects for quality assurance, tracking customer satisfaction, managing workflows, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


•Build and maintain program health dashboards to surface key metrics that can be utilized across various stakeholder communities.

•Implement robust governance processes to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

•Review projects from quality aspects, ensuring quality assurance and process excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

•Track customer satisfaction survey data and collaborate with relevant teams to address feedback and improve service delivery.

•Monitor workflows related to delivery excellence, including project delivery, planning, and reporting, and identify areas for optimization.

•Maintain a risk register and monitor various stages of risk assessment to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of delivery processes and best practices.

•Provide regular updates and reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

•Act as a subject matter expert on delivery excellence, providing guidance, training, and support to project teams as needed.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

•Proven experience in project management, delivery excellence, or a related role.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

•Solid understanding of governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management principles.

•Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.

•Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

•Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
