Responsibilities:

Perform data analysisand create reusable assets for our Data & Analytics Portal i.e.dashboard data visualization & reports including adhoc requestsfrom clients.

Analyze largedatasets to identify trends patterns and insights utilize tools andtechniques to understandpatterns.

Ability to quicklygrasp business insights and navigate through the data structures toassess the issue.

Reverse engineeringfrom reports dashboards and applications through medallionarchitecture understand the business logic and documentthem.

Work withcrossfunctional teams to understand data needs and provideanalyticalsupport.

Develop solutionsbased on data analysis to address business challenges and Identifyopportunities for process improvements through datainsights.

Document dataprocesses methodologies and findings for future reference andmaintain clear records of data sources and analysismethods.

Identify andcategorize source data (where the data originates) and establish aclear mapping between source and targetfields.

Analyze how changeswill affect existing processes or systems and identify stakeholdersimpacted by data migration orintegration.

Develop validationchecks to ensure data integrity postmigration and conduct testingto confirm that the target meetsrequirements.

Maintaincomprehensive documentation of the analysis process and recorddecisions made issues encountered andresolutions.

Work closely withdata engineers to understand the target structures and design thesemantic layer conducive foranalytics.

Work closely withData governance team and business stakeholders to document the dataelements metadata and reportmetadata.

Compare source andtarget data structures to identify discrepancies and assess dataquality issues such as duplicates missing values orinconsistencies.

Develop test planstest scripts automation procedures to test data and reportquality

Contribute developand maintain Enterprise DataModel

Actively seeksknowledge needed to complete assignments and shares knowledge withothers communicating and presenting information in a clear andorganized manner.

Develop maintainsupport AI/ML models in support of various analytical and datascience needs

CandidatesProfile:

Masters degree with 5years experience OR equivalent combination of education andexperience in relevant discipline such as ComputerScience.

Minimum 3 years ofexperience in each of the following areas: (i) SQL Python R or anyprogramming language (ii) Reports and Dashboard (iii) Buildinganalytics and troubleshooting issues (iv)DataAnalysis.

Ability to understandbusiness requirements decode it into data needs correlate it withbusiness processes and develop reporting data requirements datamodels etc.

Excellent and provenskills in data modelling data integration and understandingdifferent ways of designing dataschema.

Hands on experiencewith cloud platforms covering Power BI platform & Tableau andcovering onprem BusinessObjects.

Hands on experiencein building semantic layer encompassing complex logic toaccommodate reportingrequirements.

Good understanding onSAP BW/SAP HANA structures and decoding of business rules tomigrate to Modern Cloudplatforms.

Knowledge of advanceSQL programming skills to perform complex operations and dataprogramming on large amount of data stored in data warehousing orlakes.

Strong understandingof row and columnlevel security in the semantic layer to facilitatesmooth reporting.

Work with applicationteam leads to refine and tighten the security framework and accesscontrol for internal and external data accesspoints

Ability andflexibility to learn and adapt to a spectrum of data technologiesrunning on multiple platforms primarily on the Semantic layermodelling Report building APIs andDashboards.

Knowledge of buildingdata warehouse applications in Hybrid environment both oncloud andonprem and ability to keep up to date with Cloud offerings andsolutions in a global deliveryenvironment.

Ability toparticipate and collaborate within and across teams in developingoptions roadmaps evaluations decision frameworks for complexenterprisesolutions.

Experience inimplementing and maintaining some of these tools InformaticaIntelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Tableau Tibco Data VirtualizationCollibra Informatica MDM Data Bricks NoSQL Databases PostgreSQL andAzure technologies ispreferrable

Experience working onAI/ML data science models ispreferred.

Experience inevaluating best of the breed tools in Data & Analytics and workclosely with the leadership team to come up with pro and cons ispreferred.

Proven experience ofworking and navigating in teams with offshore/onsite model andcollaborate across teams to build/maintain complex IT landscapesand diverse clientbases.

Experience in financehuman resources resource management loans and travel ispreferred.

Experience in writingunit/integration tests work in agile iterative approach towardsbuilding products and documentswork.

Ability to deliverinformation effectively in support of team or workgroup. Excellentcommunication writing/documentation and facilitationskills.

Ability to jugglemultiple tasks in a fastpaced environment and the maturity toparticipate in multiple complex programs at the same time in anagileenvironment.
