Job Overview

Veena Developers is seeking a Mid-Level Presales professional to join our team in Andheri on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating presales activities and engagements to help drive business growth. This role requires a blend of communication, problem-solving, and customer focus skills to effectively support sales efforts and achieve company objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and convey technical information in a clear manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose client requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Customer-focused mindset to prioritize client satisfaction and cultivate positive relationships.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations to potential customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide comprehensive presales support.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and high-quality documentation and reporting.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple presales activities and meet deadlines efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) by providing relevant and detailed information.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine presales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential customers.
  • Provide technical and product information to clients without overwhelming them, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, presales activities, and follow-ups for reporting and strategizing purposes.
  • Support the onboarding process of new clients by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth transition.
