The role will be based out of ourCorporate office at Lotus Corporate Park Goregaon Mumbai.

Experience andQualification

10 to 15 years ofexperience

Qualification required isGraduate/Post Graduate

Skills Required

Proven leadership experience in customer service retailmanagement or a similar role ideally within the financial serviceindustry

Strong understanding of personalfinance

Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills with a focus on customer centricservice

Ability to leverage technology toenhance the customer experience and streamline operations


A collaborative and innovative mindset with acommitment to fostering a positive educational environment forcustomers and team members alike.

Jobresponsibilities

Develop andimplement strategies to enhance the customer experience within theFinancial Planning Centre.

Lead a team ofspecialists to provide education support and advisory that alignwith our financial products and services.

Managethe operational aspects of the Financial Planning Centre includingtechnology integration customer feedback loops and compliance withregulatory standards.

Collaborate with marketingand product development teams to ensure the Financial PlanningCentre accurately represents our brand and offerings.

Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identifytrends areas for improvement and opportunities forgrowth.
