Job description

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures across the IT service delivery spectrum.Lead and coordinate with IT teams and top collaborators to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Conduct thorough audits and assessments of IT services to validate compliance with quality standards.Analyze service delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.Spearhead quality assurance training programs for IT staff to elevate service standards.Manage the resolution of service quality issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

Skills & Experience Requirement

Certification in Quality Assurance or IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma).Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to implement standards and operating metrics.Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environmentExtended experience of successfully managing service delivery organizations.Strong management experience with a proven track record of leading teams.Strong customer relationship management skillsProven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with your peers in the other regions.Experience in effectively managing, motivating, and empowering people.

Educational requirements

University degree or equivalent experienceITIL FoundationFluency in (local language) and English, spoken and written is a must.

Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals.Excellent communication skills: Proficient in communicating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the region.Analytical mindset: Capable of conducting thorough audits, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.Problem-solving abilities: Skilled in resolving service quality issues promptly and effectively.Attention to detail: Meticulous in developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols.Adaptability: Flexible in responding to the dynamic needs of the IT service environment.Continuous learning: Committed to staying updated with the latest quality assurance trends and practices.
