  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
  • Mentor and develop accounting staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
