What You Will Do:
Collaborative Development: Work closely with your peers in PACE as well as stakeholders in other parts of the company to drive the development and delivery of content and data applications. Stakeholder Management: Help communicate the progress of various projects to internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment. Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge, articulating complex technological frameworks to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable and engaging manner. Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest technological trends and changes, contributing to the team’s overall technical knowledge.Additional Opportunities:
As Technical Program Manager, you will be a member of thePACE team’s Content Strategy Department. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to innovate and explore beyond a standard program management role:
Emerging Technologies: Investigate emerging AI technologies and tools, assessing their potential applications within our products and content deliverables to stay at the forefront of innovation. Multimedia Content Creation: Develop and deliver captivating multimedia content, including video demonstrations and interactive presentations, to effectively showcase our technological advancements. Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with various teams, including documentation site product owners, technical writers, and engineers, to brainstorm and transform basic concepts into creative and actionable projects.Minimum Requirements:
Technical Proficiency : Technical skills, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Networking Background: Understanding of computer networking, telecom, or similar technology concepts. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate flexibility and a problem-solving mindset, quickly adapting to new tasks, conditions, and challenges with a focus on results. Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring collaboration across teams and effectively managing stakeholder expectations. Lifelong Learning: A continuous drive to grow within the tech industry, embracing a lifelong learner’s attitude and a commitment to innovation.Strong Plus:
Additionally, background in any of the following areas are considered a strong plus:
Product Management: Experience in a product management role, with a foundational understanding of product development processes and methodologies. Data Analysis: Competency in data analysis, with the ability to define, track, and interpret key product metrics to inform decision-making.
