Job Description
  • Finding the contacts of key decision makers – Prospects.
  • Contacting the Prospects through social media, calls & emails.
  • Arranging & attending meetings.
  • Reconnecting with Past Prospects to reintroduce them to the business products & services.
  • Liaising with internal departments to gather information to support your sales pitches.
  • Updating the CRM software with prospect details and information of where they are in the sales process.
  • Nurturing leads, closing sales contracts, and up-selling current prospects.



Requirements
  • 8+ years’ Experience in managing the UK Cold Calling Sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Should be good at networking through social media.
  • Able to handle inbound and outbound UK calls.
  • Should have good Communication Skill, preference for UK Accent.
  • Excellent Research Skill, Customer Service Skills, Result driven thinking.
  • Negotiation Skill & Approachability.
  • Preferred to have knowledge and experience on Google Ads.
  • Be a go getter.
  • Exhibits a great degree of morality, ethics, and values.
  • Have a high level of commitment and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Command in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Any Graduate.
