Location: Bangalore, India
Job Summary
The Global Partner Organisation at Rubrik is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Ops Analyst to develop and enhance our channel analytics capabilities. In this role, you will lead critical in-depth analysis to help diagnose the overall health of our channel business and support our leaders in making key decisions. You will help put together key dashboards that enable our channel leaders to run their day-to-day business and uncover insights that enhance our GTM.
This role demands a strategic and analytical thinker that can independently break down problems into their core components, work through analytics, pull together their findings and present to our leaders in a concise and compelling way. Your efforts will help directly shape key GTM and Strategic decisions we make in our Global Partner Organization.
Where you can make an impact:
Build and manage dashboards in tableau and Clari in partnership with our Data Team and other x-functional stakeholders Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address key performance questions posed by our channel leadership team Create compelling presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with the data team and other x-functional stakeholders to proactively generate a set of analyses to help our leaders make key decisions Support the implementation of analytical tools and processes, enhancing our ability to analyze complex data sets efficiently
Experience you’ll need :
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a similar industry. Strong proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis is essential. Experience in creating structured, insightful presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau, Clari are highly desirable
Preferred Skills :
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate findings and influence decision-making across various levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive business outcomes. Detail-oriented with an ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. #LI-CW1-
