Responsibilities:

As a Desktop Support Engineer youshould provide support and technical assistance regarding hardwareSoftware and network related concerns.

  • Build and install PCstelephone systems wireless networks and peripheral devices (such asprinters scanners mobile/smart phones) related to desktopinfrastructure in accordance with department standards.

  • Troubleshooting hardware andsoftware issues.

  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computerperipherals.

  • Installingand upgrading operating systems and computer software.

  • Troubleshooting networking andconnection issues.

  • Responding to support requests.

  • Traveling to the office location for support asper the requirement.

  • Maintain work reports

  • Meeting Setup arrangements Video Shooting.

  • Maintain Documentation invoicereports asset inventory Email id list IP addresses

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduation from any stream

  • Hardware & Networkingcourse/diploma to be completed from college or Private Institute.Minimum Course duration should be 1 year.

  • Proven work experience as a desktop supportengineer or support technician.

  • Selfmotivated & Ability to prioritize workloadeffectively

Knowledge EvaluationMethod

Offline Practical test:

  • Assemblingof computer

  • OS &software installation

  • Configuring Network

Joining Date:

Preferred:Candidate with having a vehichle.
