Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Requirements:Strong command over written EnglishWilling to work in rotational shiftShould be ready to Work from Office in Pune5 days workingGraduate preferredImmediate joiners preferred.Must have all educational and employment documents:- Original PAN and Aadhar Card,- Original Education certificate,- Updated Resume,- Last 3 months pay slip if available (Mode of salary credit should have been from bank from all the

previous employers. No Cash in Hand).

Installation and Configuration: Setting up, installing, and configuring desktop computers, software, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues related to desktop computers. This involves identifying problems, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to ensure minimal downtime.

Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and support to end-users, both remotely and in person. This includes responding to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails to address user inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.

User Training: Conducting training sessions or creating documentation to help end-users understand how to use desktop hardware, software applications, and IT systems effectively.

Maintenance and Upgrades: Performing regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure desktop computers are secure, reliable, and up-to-date with the latest software versions.

Security Management: Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect desktop systems from malware, viruses, unauthorized access, and other security threats. This may involve installing antivirus software, configuring firewalls, and monitoring system logs for suspicious activity.

Inventory Management: Keeping track of hardware and software inventory, including maintaining records of desktop assets, serial numbers, and licensing information. This helps ensure proper asset management and budget planning.

Collaboration: Working closely with other IT teams, such as network administrators, system administrators, and cybersecurity specialists, to coordinate efforts and resolve issues that may affect the desktop environment.

Documentation: Documenting procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for common desktop issues to create a knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following organizational policies, procedures, and best practices related to IT governance, compliance, and security standards.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in desktop support and IT infrastructure management through self-study, training programs, and certifications.
