Reporting to Business Center Manager-B, ensuring plant production as per daily ticket with safety and Quality:-

Handling the plant operations wrt Safety ,Quality and production as a top priority. Review day to day production, losses if any, quality issues, safety concerns in the Business team.

Production Management

Adhering to daily master plan for desired production output Coordination between all functions to smoothen production process Component level inventory management Ensure mandatory norms attainment at all machines

Quality & Waste

Follow machine level matrix for quality enhancement Ensure waste related action are adhered

Safety

Safety – Near Miss Observation action compliance LSP training and compliance adhered Accountable for the Safety & Environmental Incidents taking place in the Plant.

Experience

BE Mechanical or Electrical 4+ years of experience in production manufacturing process and equipment, preferably tyre industry. Working exposure of handling shifts and delivery of results in manufacturing environment. Manufacturing exposure in union environment
