Role Definition
Telemarketing Executive is one who is responsible for setting up meetings in Corporate Companies, MNC, Education and healthcare with their M.A.N that is Admin, Marketing Managers and Procurement Managers for the sales team to convert into One Step Print LLP sales order.
Responsibility Deliverable
1. Data Sourcing and Management
2. Tele calls to generate meetings
3. Meeting Co-ordination
4. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development Executive
Tasks & Activities
Data Sourcing and Management
1. Sourcing accurate contact details from online source like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search of the decision maker of Commercial Printing and Stationery Print from Admin, Marketing and Purchase departments of Corporate & MNC Companies in business of Pharma, Education Institutions, Ecommerce, IT product, FMCG, Finance, Retail brand, Healthcare, Industrial Tech, Automobile, Insurance, Mechanical Eng., Manufacturing, Infrastructure.
2. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
Tele calls to generate meetings
1. Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team. (Will be provided script and as per different scenario).
Meeting Co-ordination
1 Write emails professionally to share company profile or any information the prospective client seek about the company
2 Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the business development team to ensure meeting details accuracy
