Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India with an opportunity to work in the IT services and consultancy industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in sales
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for sales data analysis
  • Proven ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Sound knowledge of the sales process and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
