Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India with an opportunity to work in the IT services and consultancy industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in sales
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for sales data analysis
- Proven ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Sound knowledge of the sales process and negotiation techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
