Back Office Operations is a full-time role based in Ambernath, Maharashtra, India, with Vijay Group Of Industries. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to join our team. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Prior experience or knowledge in back office operations is a plus
- Familiarity with Tally ERP software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of company activities
- Assisting with stock and inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams
- Handling and documenting all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and following data protection policies
- Assisting in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
