Roles andResponsibilities:
  • Ensureportfolio company is the market leaders in the managed officesbusiness in the territory. Work closely with the Head of Sales todrive synergies and greater market share for our portfolio company.
  • End to end business development andtransaction management from identifying managed office leads tobagging the deals for the managed office business in the territoryMarket intelligence is extremely important Ensure the mostprofitable deals and reputed logos are sought after and closed inthe shortest possible turnaround time to achieve a clearcompetitive advantage in the market
  • Ensure thatall deals are based on positive margin assets have a long termimpact on the growth of the business and we have a Day 2 plan atthe exit of the client.
  • Managing keyrelationships with both end users and brokers and developingmultiple channels
  • Creating and developing alongterm plan and strategy. Develop strong working relationshipswith the brokerage community externally and internally with pricingfinance and marketing teams. End to end management of the salesprocess i.e. from business development toclosure
  • Develop new marketing toolspresentation decks and proposal formats along with the marketingteams.
  • Proficient in analytics for an indepthunderstanding of cash flows andreturns
  • Maximize revenue profits and our memberexperience for this assigned business segment and workcrossfunctionally and with senior management to ensure efficientand effective execution of strategy and roadmap. The goal is toincrease sales and profitability of the business to drivesustainablegrowth.

Educationand DesiredQualifications:
  • 812years of relevant Real Estateexperience
  • Complete understanding of theManaged Office deal process and thorough understanding of NCRcommercial real estate market and adept atnetworking.
  • Commercial mindset and fullcomprehension of business and salesprinciples.
  • Exceptional communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills are also key for thisposition.
  • Go getter look for marketopportunities and be able to drive execution through thoughtfulstrategy.
  • Proven ability to navigate throughambiguity is required
  • The candidate shouldunderstand market dynamics pricing strategies and long termprograms for theasset/client.
