Responsibilities:Prospectingand Lead Generation:
  • Identifypotential clients through market research and targetedoutreach.
  • Generate leads through variouschannels including cold calling emails andnetworking.
ClientAcquisition:
  • Develop and executestrategies to acquire new clients and expand the customerbase.
  • Conduct presentations and productdemonstrations to prospectiveclients.
RelationshipBuilding:
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients to foster longtermpartnerships.
  • Understand clients needs andprovide tailored solutions.
SalesStrategy:
  • Collaborate with the salesteam to develop and implement effective salesstrategies.
  • Set and achieve sales targets andobjectives.
MarketIntelligence:
  • Stay informed aboutindustry trends market conditions andcompetitors.
  • Provide feedback to the team onmarket demands and customerpreferences.
Proposal and ContractNegotiation:
  • Prepare and presentproposals to clients outlining the benefits of products orservices.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions tosecure favorableagreements.
Reporting andAnalysis:
  • Maintain accurate recordsof sales activities and customerinteractions.
  • Prepare regular reports on salesperformance and markettrends.
CustomerFeedback:
  • Gather and analyzecustomer feedback to enhance products orservices.
  • Address customer concerns and ensurehigh levels of customersatisfaction.
Collaboration:
  • Collaboratewith internal teams including marketing and product development toalign strategies and achieve businessobjectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven track record in businessdevelopment or sales.
  • Strong communication andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and salesprocesses.
