**Inside sales (Tellecaller)**

**Job Location: Suit no 201, Second Floor, B-79, Sector 63, Noida**

**Job Summary**

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to utilized outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive’s responsibilities include cold-calling, cross-selling or up-selling.

A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which client’s feedback can be utilized to improve our services

**Role & Responsibilities**

**-**Knowing all the details of the product or service offering.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-ups and cold calling.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Contact and qualify potential customers.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.

**-**Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timeline.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

**Required Skills Abilities**:

- Highly self-motivated organised and be able to manage own time.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Required Qualification and Experience**:
***BSC Degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of profession B2B Sales experience preferred.
- Set an example for desired behaviors and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
