Job Description
• Prepare and distribute presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Communicate with customers and prospects via phone, email, and social media for respond to their inquiries.
• Maintain and update the customer database, sales pipeline, and sales forecast.
• Experience with working in past with cloud-based solution and knowledge of cloud products is an additional advantage.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance and logistics to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Research and identify new sales opportunities and potential prospects in the cloud market.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling meetings, distributor follow-ups, payment invoices.
• Generate sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
• Creative and proactive mindset.

Requirements
SKILLS: Proven experience in IT management or a related role. Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in using bid management software & tools such as: Fiveer.com , Freelancer.com , Upwork.com ,Codementor.com Qualifications: Graduation – Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Marketing). · Experience - 1+ years (in relevant domain & technical background) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
