Job Purpose

1.Handling IT related INCIDENT & Service request tickets using Service Now (SNOW) ticketing tool.

Responds to client inquiries Provides technical support to users Troubleshoots Outlook, hardware and software issues Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Conduct remote & in person troubleshooting Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional Report customer feedback and potential product requests

2.Supporting in configuration of mobile devices(Android/iOS) using Intune company portal.

3.Managing and tracking Inward & Outward of Client IT assets like Laptops, desktops and iPhones.

4.Handling Client MPS printer related issues and coordinating with Client for repair of printers.

7.Handling VIP (Client Leadership Team, SLT) member calls.
