Overview:TheServiceNow Developer plays a critical role in designing developingand implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. Thisposition is essential in ensuring the successful delivery ofServiceNowbased applications and services that improve efficiencyand productivity across the organization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Handsonexperience in ITSM/HRSD implementation Asset Management and DataIntegrationetc.
  • Strong handsonServiceNow scripting experience is amust.
  • REST/SOAP API sintegration experience is nice tohave.
  • Successfullyplan execute monitor control and close all technical tasks relatedto the configuration and implementation of all aspects of theServiceNowplatform.
  • Coordinateand solve complex technical data and transformationissues.
  • Obtain andanalyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainablesolutions inServiceNow.
  • Developmaintain and execute reports to ensure system operation meetsperformancetargets.
  • Effectivelymanage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a highlevel of attention to detail on eachproject.
  • Adaptable to change andable to work independently and as part of ateam.
  • Strong problem analysis skills includingthe use of mathematical concepts to validateresults.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to collect organize disseminate and present significantamounts of information with attention to detail andaccuracy.
  • Clear and concise communication withsuperior written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels ofinternal and external business partners.
  • Manageand prioritize work effectively with minimalsupervision.
  • Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for ServiceNowapplications
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate ServiceNow with othersystems
  • Keep uptodate with ServiceNow bestpractices and new features
  • Participate in Agileceremonies and contribute to sprint planning andreviews
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • 3 years of experience as a ServiceNowDeveloper
  • ServiceNow Certified ApplicationDeveloper (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)certification
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScriptHTML and CSS for ServiceNowdevelopment
  • Experience with ITIL processes andServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Knowledge of ServiceNowCMDB and asset management
  • Experience in RESTAPI and web service integrations withServiceNow
