Key Responsibilitiesinclude:

Delivery:

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of largescaleprojects ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets andquality standards.
  • Develop comprehensiveproject plans resource allocation strategies and risk mitigationplans to optimize project outcomes with a laserfocus on deliveryresults and commitments while also holding others accountable fortheir commitments
  • Monitor project progressidentify potential issues or bottlenecks and implement effectivesolutions to keep projects on track.
  • ManageService Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring all service deliverytargets are met and/or exceeded.
  • Responsiblefor Managing monitoring and running Customer governancemeetings.

People:

  • Manager mentor a diverse team of Business ConsultantsTechnical Experts and others to support project initiatives.
  • Build a collaborative & inclusive teamculture that promotes innovation accountability and continuousimprovement.

Customer:

  • Serve as the primary owner for customer/ and establishand build strong relationships and understanding of their uniquebusiness needs and objectives.
  • Actively engagewith customer key stakeholders to deliver businessresults.
  • Work with Customers to develop futureroadmaps.
  • Identify new opportunities forcollaboration expansion of account footprint and solutions.
  • Anticipate customer concerns challenges andRisks and proactively address them to maintain high levels ofclient satisfaction.

Work cultural

  • Work Collaborative with the Technical Team and CSM teamsto deliver customerspecific requirements.
  • Leverage industry knowledge market insights andcompetitive analysis to drive strategic sales initiatives andachieve revenue targets.

Qualifications andSkills

  • Bachelors degree incomputer science engineering or related field; An MBA or advanceddegree would be preferred.
  • Proven experienceof 20 years in program / Project management with a track record ofsuccessfully delivering largescale technology projects on time andwithin budget.
  • Strong leadership abilitieswith the capacity to build motivate and empower highperformingteams in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholdersat all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstratedproficiency in client relationship management.
  • Should have Critical thinking ability to decomposecomplex problems and chart a course to action.
  • Should have a proven demonstrated capability to work withWaterfall Agile Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies andtools
  • Adherence to policies standards andframeworks. (e.g. SDLC Change Management Risk &Security)
  • Additional skills Project managementcertifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum Mastercertification
  • Flexibility to travel as neededto meet with customers and other company offices.
  • Bring Humility to all actions by listening learning andbeing empathetic and help in all interactions witheveryone.
