Commercial ProjectManager

We’re looking for themakers of tomorrow, the talented individuals ready to help Siemens to energizesociety. Get to know us from the inside, develop your skills on the joband work at the cutting edge of Power Generation.

The Challenge

·Contribute to the project success - Successfulcompletion of all commercial and financial related activities required forProject delivery

·Ensuring accuracy of project books and records,including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensurescompliance with Siemens-Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAPrequirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controllingactivities

·Work together with the Project Manager so thatthe financial results according to set targets are managed with dueprofessional care and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow, assets andfinancial instruments

·Actively communicate with customer's commercialrepresentatives and manages solving of commercial issues

·Together with the PM, proactively sets up anefficient contract and claim management in the project

·Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating andassessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – takingover the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercialrisks and opportunities

·Supports Project Manager to select and involvepartners / subcontractors

·Ensures the internal and external Projectcompliances (like project site compliance, EXIM checks, etc)

The Candidate

·Commercialprofessional having an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles andpractices

·Having a bachelor's / professional degree incommerce/accounting

·Handson experience in commercial operations

·Goodworking knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP
