**Job Title**: Commercial Executive

**Department**: Dispatch and Logistics

**Reporting to**: Commercial Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Coordinate with drivers and transport providers to ensure smooth operation and timely settlement of trips.

Track, analyze and report on dispatches and logistics operations, including performance against budget.

Provide regular analysis and reporting on actual dispatches versus budget and projections.

Troubleshoot any issues in the logistics chain and work on strategies to streamline the processes.

Develop and implement plans to improve logistics and dispatch operations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, drivers, and transport providers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial field, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a logistics or dispatch management role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and present detailed reports.

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with logistics and dispatch software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
