Key Responsibilities

HandleLocal Real estate lifecycle maintenance projects & customer specificmaintenance projects. Developlong term maintenance plans & applications for maintenance investments. Plan& manage technical projects to ensure successful implementation. Develop& implement technical concept/projects to reduce costs eg. Maintenance& opex. Adviseoperational project management & customers in building technology aspects. Ensureadherence to maintenance principles, guidelines & processes. Responsiblefor the execution of local EHS aspects and to minimize the risk to ensurelegally compliant operations and live Zero Harm Culture Steer/Ensure adherence to local building standards and regulations including properdocumentation of owned buildings in asset register. Maintainyour knowledge & understanding about technical assets/equipment and itsconditions. Understandtechnical interferences & impacts of technical assets/Equipments, takingsustainability & EHS in maintenance into account. UnderstandCost structure of technical asset Equipment and cost drivers in detail andmonitor given budget for the project. Actas local interface to Facility Management providers for hard services. Steer& track delivery of hard facility services and review existing servicesregarding provider quality & customer demand. Supportevaluation & selection of outsourced vendor & service providers forhard facility services in alignment with Regional Asset Manager. Coordinationwith SRE central team, EHS, SCM, Sustainability team, Security team, Commercial ProvideMechanical Engineering expert support to all projects during project planning, DesignEngineering & testing commissioning of Mechanical & Piping systems (HVAC,Compressor, Air washer, Firefighting system, Pumps, STP, ETP etc.) .

Required Competencies

Graduatein Mechanical Engineering with factory & office experience of around 10years. For PG candidate (premium institute) 5-7 years’ experience at Keypositions. Peoplemanagement skills. Business & Customer focus. Stakeholder management. Digitalacumen, proficiency in digital tools and systems. Prepare Power pointpresentations of project reports for management review. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills. Resultoriented, Sense of urgency, Drive a culture of owner ship, accountability andcontinuous improvement. Commercial skills required for meetingSRE goals.
