BMS Executive responsible for monitoring,maintenanceand optimization ofIT/OT infrastructure and support operationsteam remotely for all India and APJ locations

Key Skills

IT / OT Infrastructure assetManagement, Building Utilities & security systems, Communication networksystems, AV Systems, Problem Solving skills, Trouble shooting, MSTools.

Key Responsibility

·Person should be familiar with Siemensproducts, like- DesigoCC, SVMS, SiPASS etc. or similar

solutions from competitors.

·Diagnose and resolve technical problemsrelated to controller / BMS and DDC and monitoring

systems and perform needed repairs.

·Tests and calibrates system devices toensure functional reliability of operating / monitoring

system

·Installs, adjusts and services mechanicaland electronic locks, card access systems, camera systems

and related equipment.

·Check Monitor, maintain and installbuilding automation system for Utility as well as Security

systems.

·Monitor and adjust BMS settings tooptimize system performance.

·Respond to alarms and troubleshoot systemissues.

·Conduct routine inspections and preventivemaintenance.

·Perform repairs and coordinate majormaintenance activities.

·Install software updates and assist insystem upgrades.

·Collect and analyze data, generatingreports and recommendations.

·Troubleshooting of OT devices remotely andnetwork areas.

·Updating of system architectureperiodically and maintain the uptime of all equipment’s.

·Raising the service tickets & followup for resolution with OEM’s and service providers.

·Ensuring software updates, compliance andmanaging software-related security issues

·Negotiating contracts and managing serviceagreements with vendors and service providers

·Providing guidance to local site team tomanage BMS assets and vulnerabilities

Required Competencies

·Minimum Year of experience: 2~3 Years insimilar field

·Qualification: BE inElectrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Communications

·Specialized Skills: MS Office, Training inPLC/Desigo/Automation.

·PersonalAttributes:Theapplicantmusthavetheabilitytoorganize,prioritizeand

produce results to meet deadlines and workin close collaboration with customers andstakeholders.Good team-working skills are a must.
