What You’ll Do:

  • Housekeeping & Staff Management: Lead housekeeping operations, managing staff to ensure properties are maintained in pristine condition.
  • Quality Checks & Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to uphold luxury standards, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Reservation Management: Oversee guest bookings, respond to inquiries, and manage the reservations process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the face of our brand by greeting clients warmly, addressing their concerns, and tailoring services to meet individual needs.
  • Booking Adjustments: Handle guest requests for changes, including date modifications and service preferences, maintaining a proactive approach throughout.
  • Operations Facilitator: Serve as the primary liaison for all operational needs, including utility management, vendor coordination, and property setup.
  • Vendor & Maintenance Management: Identify local repair and maintenance vendors, build strong working relationships with them, and ensure properties receive world-class maintenance services.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential guests and properties, supporting revenue growth targets through various marketing channels.
  • Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with property partners, managing communications, financial statements, and CRM records.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve guest issues, manage emergencies, and ensure a high level of service at all times.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with guest interactions, booking details, payments, and service requests for streamlined operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the guest experience and achieve company goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends to continuously refine service offerings, property standards, and sales strategies.


Who You Are:



  • Experience: 2+ years in property management, reservations, customer experience, or hospitality-related roles.
  • Communication: A top-notch communicator with an excellent vocabulary. Multilingual abilities (English and Hindi preferred) and cultural knowledge provide an edge.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering personalized, high-quality service to guests and partners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in G Suite, CRM systems, and reservation software to manage bookings and guest interactions efficiently.
  • Vendor Management: Skilled at identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with local vendors and handymen for property repairs and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick thinker, capable of managing guest concerns, adjusting bookings, and resolving operational challenges efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management abilities with an eye for detail, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-Starter: Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
