Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of HR processes and industry trends
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Build and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify and understand client needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and growth opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle any inquiries or issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
