- ConductingExit Interview and trying down attritionrate.
- Renewalof Recruitmentpolicy.
- Preparethe Training Calendar for successfulimplementation.
- ConductTrainingprograms.
- TrainingBudget.
- ProductivityAnalysis ofemployee.
- Salaryanalysis
- Careergraph ofemployee.
- RecruitmentAnalysis.
- Initiativein standard operating process with timeeffect.
- TakeMidTerm review of eachemployee.
- AnnualReview and Appraisal of eachemployee.
- Sendfeedback Letters to each individuals including SWOT analysis andtrainingneeds.
- Proposethe Increments on the basis of parameter approved bymanagement.
- Implementationof PLR (Performance LinkedRewards).
- Identificationand retention of the fasttrackers.
- Identificationof Poor performer and arrange the brain stormingprogram.
- Mappingof JD/KRA.
- Renewalof existing HRPolicy.
- Interpretscompany goals into department goals and ensures communication toemployees.
- Developsand ensures implementation of a human resource plan policies andprocedures that support organizational values and objectives andprovide management with the required infrastructure to directmotivate and retain highcaliberemployees.
- Ensuresawareness of and advice to on statutory or regulatory requirementsin all areas of staff management such as compensation &benefits recruitment and selection etc. 4 Directs the developmentof advanced Human Resource policies and procedures to supportbusiness needs and ensure legislativecompliance.
- Providesguidance and assistance to the managers of specialist functions inmeeting the companys obligations by designing and recommending foradoption equitable compensationand
recruitmentprograms.
- Ensuresthe provision of effective services to managers toassist
inthe achievement of their functions objectives suchas
therecruitment interviewing and preselectionreference
checkingof a number ofcandidates.
- Sourcesand negotiates arrangements with external suppliers of informationand services vital to the proper management of human resources bymanagers such as survey reportscompensationand benefits programs andspecialist consulting services to provide expertise not found inthecompany.
- Ensuresproactive employee relations strategies and activities providingcounsel and guidance to both managers andemployees.
- Approvesexceptions to policy after review and indepth evaluation of variousfactors. Identifies whether such approval requires review by seniormanagement.
- Developsbackground and rationale for recommendations to senior managementon changed corporate policies orapproaches.
- Responsiblefor the all the activities of Admin like uniform stationary othersifrequired.
- Responsiblefor the payroll & incentives ESIC PFrelated.
- Intiatenew policies in recruitment to ensure fastrecruitment
