Roles and Responsibilities:
- Final round with Short listing candidate and Selecting the best candidates
- Salary negotiation & Fixing of Salary.
- Responsible for issuing offer, joining and appointment letters.
- Responsible for the Induction for new joinee.
- Preparation of their JD/ KRAs (Job Description or Key Result Areas).
- Conducting Exit Interview and trying down attrition rate.
- Renewal of Recruitment policy.
- Prepare the Training Calendar for successful implementation.
- Conduct Training programs.
- Training Budget.
- Productivity Analysis of employee.
- Salary analysis
- Career graph of employee.
- Recruitment Analysis.
- Initiative in standard operating process with time effect.
- Take Mid-Term review of each employee.
- Annual Review and Appraisal of each employee.
- Send feedback Letters to each individuals including SWOT analysis and training needs.
- Propose the Increments on the basis of parameter approved by management.
- Implementation of PLR (Performance Linked Rewards).
- Identification and retention of the fast trackers.
- Identification of Poor performer and arrange the brain storming program.
- Mapping of JD/ KRA.
- Renewal of existing HR Policy.
- Interprets company goals into department goals and ensures communication to employees.
- Develops and ensures implementation of a human resource plan, policies and procedures that support organizational values and objectives and provide management with the required infrastructure to direct, motivate, and retain high-caliber employees.
- Ensures awareness of and advice to on statutory or regulatory requirements in all areas of staff management such as compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, etc. 4- Directs the development of advanced Human Resource policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure legislative compliance.
- Provides guidance and assistance to the managers of specialist functions in meeting the company's obligations by designing and recommending for adoption equitable compensation and
recruitment programs.
- Ensures the provision of effective services to managers to assist
in the achievement of their functions' objectives such as
the recruitment, interviewing and pre-selection reference
checking of a number of candidates.
- Sources and negotiates arrangements with external suppliers of information and services vital to the proper management of human resources by managers such as survey reports, compensation and benefits programs, and specialist consulting services to provide expertise not found in the company.
- Ensures pro-active employee relations strategies and activities providing counsel and guidance to both managers and employees.
- Approves exceptions to policy after review and in-depth evaluation of various factors. Identifies whether such approval requires review by senior management.
- Develops background and rationale for recommendations to senior management on changed corporate policies or approaches.
- Responsible for the all the activities of Admin, like uniform, stationary others if required.
- Responsible for the payroll & incentives, ESIC, PF related.
- Intiate new policies in recruitment to ensure fast recruitment
