JobPurpose
  • Thisposition offers a unique opportunity to Lead theSubject Matter Expert team across the country underthe FM Platform.
  • You will be instrumental insupporting business segments providingtechnical expertise for their operational needs deploying globalprocesses and using technology to enhance servicedelivery. The position is expected to drive innovationin the FM industry.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadand build an SME team to provide technical support to the segmentoperations team.
  • The position will supportbusinesses in presenting our technical expertise to prospective andexisting clients demonstrating Sodexos technical servicescompetence and capability.
  • Establish benchmarkdata about FM technical services through various data points toshowcase business use cases.
  • Spearheadedknowledge portal and trained Indias SME team on process technologyand innovation.
  • Partnered in businessdevelopment efforts by cocreating capability presentations scopingtechnical requirements and helping with an FM services deliverymodel
  • Explore market innovation and cascade tosegment to establish a business case and further deployment.

KeyFunctionalResponsibilities
  • Provideexpert opinion to resolve siterelated issues and conductaudit/study for improvements.
  • Drive thedeployment of the Electrical Authorization & AMF programacross the country.
  • Support deployment ofSodexo global tools for FM like AMF Maximo SSF and other toolsdeployed by the Global team from time totime
  • Collaborate with a segment for businessgrowth.

JobRequirementsQualifications
Mustspearhead technical delivery operations in building management orfacility services companies. People in country leadership positionscurrently available in India should apply.
MustQualification:
  • BE/ Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Electronic.
  • The Total Experience must be 20 years pluswith a similar industry experience of 10 years required. Coreengineering experience in the Maintenance of Factories Builds orCorporate Offices with sound technical knowledge and a proven trackrecord is required.
  • Must be aware of theIndustry Best Practices use of Business Insights and latest trendsandtechnologies.
