Manage day to day administrative tasks, housekeeping and facilities and ensure office infrastructure is updated.Manage the overall security aspects of the premises & related to employees.Monitor inventory of office supplies in-coordination with respective stakeholders & external teams.Manage utmost efficacy in overall facilities services, AMC renewals, vendor agreements, maintenance activities, vendors.Co-ordinate for various audits related to technical services and other aspects and ensure complianceMonitor and control overall transport operations.Supervise overall inward/ outward courier and other mailroom operations.Handle the cafeteria operations, pantry services etc. Overall co-ordination on various aspects of soft services, Vendor handling, building FM etc. Co-ordination with regional admin and finance teams.Manage all the invoice process, prepare, and maintain monthly MIS/Reports with overall budget standards. Organize and manage other office activities (event planning, celebrations etc.) Supervise and managed the performance and development of staff for contingent staff in line with firm's expectations and regulations. Provide cost savings in admin and facility through new initiatives and innovations.
