Responsibilities:
StrategicMarketingPlanning:
  • Developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with thecompanys overall objectives.
  • Conduct marketanalysis to identify opportunities and threats providing actionableinsights for businessgrowth.

PublicRelations (PR)Leadership:
  • Overseeand manage all PR activities to enhance the companys image andensure consistent communication withstakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationshipswith media outlets industry influencers and keystakeholders.

TeamLeadership:
  • Leadand mentor a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture ofinnovation collaboration andexcellence.
  • Provide guidance in the developmentof marketing campaigns ensuring they align with brand positioningand businessgoals.

BrandManagement:
  • Drivebrand awareness and positioning in the solar industry througheffective marketing initiatives.
  • Ensureconsistency in messaging and visual identity across allcommunicationchannels.

Collaborationand CrossfunctionalCommunication:
  • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including sales productdevelopment and operations to ensure cohesive and integratedmarketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internaland external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives andachieve businessobjectives.

BudgetManagement:
  • Developand manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimalallocation of resources for maximumimpact.

PerformanceAnalytics:
  • Implementperformance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness ofmarketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reportsand insights to the leadership team making datadrivenrecommendations for continuousimprovement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBApreferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in asenior marketing role within the solarindustry.
  • Strong background in PR activitieswith a demonstrated ability to manage mediarelationships.
  • Leadership experience with atrack record of successfully leading and developing marketingteams.
