Large Deal Manager - Digital Transformation Manager (Experienced in winning / leading Consolidation Deals)

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager with 15+years of experience who can contribute to the success & advancement of our projects through their leadership & expertise.
Take the lead in working with stakeholders and clients to understand digital technology change in the industry, identify strategy in planning, and execute the transformation Demonstrate the PoCs to the stakeholders on tools, solutions, efficiency, and value additions Identify manual systems and processes that can be automated to enhance operational efficiency. Demonstrate and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows Develop strategies to encourage users to adopt and effectively use new technologies Promote a shared and efficient way of working across the organization Take overall accountability for the successful delivery of all technology work streams Ensure that these work streams are well understood and integrated into the organization's business goals.Future Ready

Role and Responsibilities:As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will guide stakeholders and clients through the process of digital transformation. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
Overseeing Change Management (CM): Lead teams responsible for planning and executing CM activities for significant transformation projects. Developing a Digital Transformation Strategy: Create an overarching digital transformation strategy and specific plans for implementing new technologies using proprietary methodologies and tools. Develop strategies for stakeholder involvement, change management, training, communications, governance, and culture alignment.Manage teams responsible for user acceptance campaigns for technical implementations and emerging technologies. Manage teams responsible for user acceptance campaigns for technical implementations and emerging technologies.Address the cultural implications of transitioning to cloud technology.Ensure that solutions consider the organization's specific business needs and technical requirements. Assessing the client's corporate culture and change readiness: Conduct assessments of corporate culture, performance, and readiness for change. Create data visualizations to help clients understand the impact of digital transformation on their organization. Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Define opportunities for ongoing learning and development related to digital transformation technologies. Educate internal and external stakeholders about digital enablement concepts and industry trends. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's technical environmentTranslate business requirements into technical solutions. Agile Project Management: Implement Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) techniques to improve solution quality and flexibility. Identify growth opportunities and adapt to changing project needs.Manage the entire work plan for the digital transition, provide regular status reports, and proactively address problems and risks. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective communication with key customer decision-makers. Lead and coordinate pursuit teams for new business opportunities. Organize and lead business development activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and Statements of Work (SOW).Key Performance Indicators for Digital Transformation Manager

Must Have:
Engineering graduate with 15+ years of experience in Software Solutions development for Enterprise Applications. Self-starter with in-depth hands-on work experience with large-scale implementations on AWS or Azure. Knowledgeable about the Google Cloud Platform. Proven experience in technical project management and global technology change initiatives Expertise in cloud technologies, especially Office 365 and SharePoint. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving Change management and organizational development experience Budget management skillsPreferred Skills:
Experience in Google Cloud Platform Experience of working in Media and Communication / broadcast business domainAdditional Skill:
