Roles andResponsibilities:
  • Collaborateclosely with sales teams to provide presales technicalexpertise.
  • Identifycustomer requirements and determine AWS solutions to meet theirbusiness and technicalneeds.
  • Articulatethe benefits of AWS services to a variety of stakeholders includingtechnical executives anddecisionmakers.
  • Createand present tailored presentations and demonstrations of AWSservices.
  • Designand architect AWS cloudbased solutions for scalability reliabilitysecurity and performanceefficiency.
  • Respondto technical objections and articulate the value and ROI ofproposed AWSsolutions.
  • Leadthe efforts to develop custom solution proposals and respond toRFPs/RFIs.
  • Stayuptodate with AWS services market trends and industry bestpractices.
  • Providefeedback to sales marketing and product teams on current and futureproductrequirements.
  • Conducttechnical workshops and training sessions for customers or internalteams.
  • Developand maintain a technical knowledge base and reusable presalesassets andtools.
  • Fostera culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback torefine customer engagementstrategies.
  • Collaboratewith AWS partners to deliver jointsolutions.
  • Supportthe sales process by leading the solution design and planningstages.
  • Workwith AWS Solutions Architects and other roles within AWS to ensurea cohesive teamstrategy.
  • Maintaintechnical certifications and accreditations withAWS.
  • Engagein thought leadership activities within the cloud computingdomain.
  • Establishand maintain longterm business relationships withcustomers.
  • Managemultiple customer engagementssimultaneously.
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction by providing exceptional presales support andguidance.

RequirementsExperienceRequired:
  • Strongtechnical background with expertise in cloud migrations cloudsecurity and cloud architecture bestpractices.
  • Experiencewith managing and optimizing cloud service costs and ensuringfinancialefficiency.
  • Handsonexperience with automation tools cloud orchestration and DevOpsmethodologies.
  • Strongvendor management skills with experience in negotiating andmanaging contracts with cloud serviceproviders.
  • Proficiencyin cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform withrelevantcertifications.
  • Demonstratedexperience in a presales solution architect role preferably withcloud platforms such asAWS.
  • Strongtechnical background with handson experience in AWS SolutionDesigning/Migrationarchitecture.
  • Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills.
  • Provenability to translate complex technical concepts into business valueto nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Experiencewith AWS services and cloud architecture designprinciples.
  • Experiencein developing and implementing business continuity and disasterrecovery strategies in thecloud.
  • Industrycertifications related to AWS (such as AWS Certified SolutionsArchitect Associate or Professional) are highlydesirable.
  • Understandingof compliance security standards and best practices in thecloud.
  • Abilityto travel as required for customer meetings andengagements.
  • Experiencein managing technical sales cycles involving complexnegotiations.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related technicalfield; advanced degree is aplus.
