What you'll be doing:

Manage day-to-day HR operations Responsible for timely and accurate administration of HR data and reporting Conduct audits of personnel records or other projects as needed and recommend corrective actions Support system and process projects including implementation and documentation Assist with benefit enrollments, reconciliations, and communication Partner with an external immigration attorney to ensure all immigration cases are filed and processed accurately and timely Participate in the ongoing development and administration of all HR programs Promotes a culture of compliance and high business ethical standards Keeps abreast of HR trends and regulatory changes that affect the business Champion of corporate values Other HR duties as requested by management

What you'll have:

7-10 years of HR Generalist experience BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related fields a plus Experience with analytics and HR systems ( ADP, HRIS, Perf Mgmt…etc.) Ability to work with ambiguity and deal with issues that may not have processes or systems in place Service-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses a positive attitude Ability to handle a high level of confidential information Exceptional time management and organizational skills Passion for innovative HR solutions, process improvements, and people

Nice to haves:

Experience with immigration HRCI or SHRM certifications are a plus
