SalonManagerOverview:TheSalon Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the dailyoperations of the salon ensuring exceptional customer service anddriving business growth. They are responsible for managing thestaff maintaining inventory and creating a welcoming andprofessional atmosphere for clients.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage salon staffand create a positive work environment
  • Overseedaily salon operations and resolveissues
  • Develop and implement sales andmarketing strategies
  • Maintain inventory ofsalon products and supplies
  • Ensure high levelsof customer satisfaction and handle customerinquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks such asscheduling payroll and budgeting
  • Train andmentor staff to deliver highqualityservices
  • Monitor and analyze salon performanceand create action plans for improvement
  • Ensurecompliance with health and safetyregulations
  • Participate in recruiting hiringand onboarding new employees
  • Collaborate withvendors and manage supplier relationships
  • Driveretail sales and meet revenue targets
  • Handlecomplaints and resolve issues in a professionalmanner
  • Stay updated with industry trends andimplement best practices
  • Contribute tofostering a positive salonculture
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven experience insalon management or relevant leadershiprole
  • Strong understanding of hair and beautytreatments
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Proficient in salonsoftware and scheduling systems
  • Ability tomultitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketingprinciples
  • Familiarity with inventorymanagement and financial principles
  • Leadershipand teambuilding skills
  • Attention to detail andproblemsolving abilities
  • High school diploma orequivalent; additional certification is aplus
  • Customercentric mindset and passion forthe beauty industry
  • Ability to work flexiblehours including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledgeof health and safety regulations
  • Experience indriving retail sales and meetingtargets
