Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive online marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns that build brand loyalty, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Plan and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Be U Natural's growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Campaign Management: Develop and oversee high-impact campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize brand visibility.
Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and using analytics to optimize engagement.
Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to create visually appealing and relevant content that highlights our services, locations, and customer testimonials.
Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns, optimize ROI, and report results to senior leadership regularly.
Brand Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand reach and appeal.
CRM and Retention: Work closely with the CRM team to design and execute remarketing strategies, keeping customers engaged and driving repeat business.
Local SEO: Optimize Be U Natural’s digital presence for each salon location, ensuring accurate and appealing listings on Google My Business, Maps, and other relevant platforms.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve Be U Natural's digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry
Proven experience in managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, social media platforms)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
