PositionOverview:
We are looking for a proactiveand detailoriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify andqualify potential clients within the automotive and manufacturingsectors. The ideal candidate will have a knack for researchexcellent communication skills and the ability to generatehighquality leads that align with our business goals.

KeyResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensivemarket research to identify potential clients in the automotive andmanufacturing industries.
Use various tools and platformsto gather contact information and build a robust database ofleads.
Qualify leads through initial research andoutreach to determine their fit for our services.
Developand implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly andquarterly targets.
Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to create effective outreach campaigns.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead informationand interactions.
Monitor and report on the effectivenessof lead generation campaigns providing insights and recommendationsfor improvement.
Stay updated with industry trendscompetitor activities and market developments to identify newopportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a relatedfield.
Proven experience in lead generation marketresearch or a similar role.
Strong understanding of theautomotive and manufacturing industries is a plus.
Strong experience of understand USA market andprocesses is a MUST
Excellent researchanalytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency inusing lead generation tools CRM software and data analysisplatforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills.
Highly organized with strong attention todetail.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdrivenapproach.
