Overview:The BPO CallCenter Trainer plays a crucial role in the training and developmentof call center representatives. They are responsible for ensuringthat all call center employees are equipped with the necessaryskills and knowledge to deliver highquality customer service andmeet performance targets.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design and conducttraining programs for new and existing call centerstaff
  • Assess training needs and developtraining materials
  • Provide coaching and supportto call center agents to improveperformance
  • Monitor and evaluate traineeperformance and learning progress
  • Collaboratewith management to identify training needs and performancegaps
  • Assist in the onboarding process for newcall center employees
  • Update training materialsand methods based on feedback and performancedata
  • Develop and implement training strategiesto enhance customer service skills
  • Providefeedback on training program effectiveness and makeimprovements
  • Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide constructive feedback toemployees

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in arelated field or equivalent workexperience
  • Proven experience in a BPO callcenter environment
  • Previous experience in atraining or coaching role
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Strongunderstanding of customer serviceprinciples
  • Ability to assess training needs andadapt training programsaccordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to provideconstructive feedback and support toemployees
  • Proficient in using training toolsand platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities
  • Ability to analyze and interpretperformancedata
